What should I do to prepare my home for Cherry Hill Carpet Cleaning?
 
Any furniture you want moved that has fragile items on them, should be cleared. Our policy is that we will move most furniture that can be safely moved. Our technicians will do an inspection before they start cleaning and notify you if there is any furniture that can’t be moved. Also, any small items sitting on the carpets to be cleaned, such as boxes, newspapers, toys and shoes, should be picked up. If there is a lot of debris on the carpet it is recommended that you vacuum first.      Top
 

What types of stains can Cherry Hill Carpet Cleaning get out?

Many of the spots you would think are stains, come right out with a standard cleaning. For those that don’t come out so easy, we have a special treatment for them. They will be individually analyzed by our trained and certified carpet cleaning professionals and given the proper treatment. We have great success in making those commonly known as “red stains” in your carpet disappear. How far in advance do I need to schedule?

At Cherry Hill Carpet Cleaning we make every effort to be as convenient for our clients as possible however, if you are not sure exactly when you will be ready for our services we ask that you tentatively schedule with us so we can attempt to keep some availability open for you during your estimated time as we do have busy periods throughout the year and availability may vary greatly.      Top

I've heard that once you clean a carpet it gets dirty quicker. Is that true? 

No this is not true when your carpets are cleaned with the proper equipment and certified carpet cleaning professionals. There are several reasons that this can be true;
Many cleaners use the wrong cleaning solutions and methods that leave behind a residue which attract soil and often times strip out the dye blockers that prevent stains from setting into the fibers of you carpet.

How long will it take my carpet to dry?
 
Drying time depends on the type of carpet, degree of soiling and the relative humidity in your home. The average dry time for carpet cleaned by Cherry Hill Carpet Cleaning is 2 to 6 hours. We do offer a speed dry option to have your carpet dry in one hour. We leave shoe covers behind on every cleaning job so you can have complete access to your home when we are through.      Top
 

 
I was told my carpet should only be dry cleaned because getting the carpet wet will cause damage. Is that true?

Truck mounted steam extraction is the method recommended by the carpet manufacturers. It is the most effective method of cleaning your carpet when the proper equipment is used. Usually when a dry cleaning method is used, they spray a wet solution on your carpet and agitate till the carpet has a clean appearance. The contaminants are not extracted in this process.

Cherry Hill Carpet Cleaning always uses larger truck mounted systems when possible. Larger systems deliver more heat and vacuum resulting in the deepest cleaning your carpets can get with out long dry times. When the property doesn’t allow the use of truck mounted equipment because it is too far from the truck, we use the most powerful portable machines and our technicians pay special attention to leaving your carpet the cleanest and driest possible. Does Carpet Protector really work?
 
Absolutely. Scotchgard is an outstanding product that Cherry Hill Carpet Cleaning recommends highly. In fact, most new carpet has protector applied in the manufacturing process so it arrives protected when it is new. But, unfortunately protector wears off over time and needs to be reapplied. How do you clean tile and grout?

This method dissolves imbedded grease and discoloration from your tile and grout while bringing it to a very important neutral pH balance that will help sealant bond better while improving the longevity of your tile and grout. We utilize our powerful truck mount system that is specially designed for this specific type of cleaning. This system blast away the dirt and grime as it delivers 1000 PSI of 250 degree hot water through our special tile tools.
