Can you get out food dye stains?

We have great success making those commonly known as red stains in your carpet disappear. If standard cleaning does not remove the stain we offer a special steam treatment that will make the red dye invisible for good.                      

How long do I have to schedule ahead? 

At Cherry Hill Carpet Cleaning we make every effort to be as convenient to our clients as possible, however if you are not sure exactly when you will be ready for our services we ask that you tentatively schedule with us so we can attempt to keep some availability open for you during your estimated time as we do have busy periods throughout the year and availability may vary greatly.

Can you get out pet odor?

Yes, we can. Depending on the severity of the situation, we offer many different options tailored to your specific needs.

Often times we have exceptional results, however, some fibers are susceptible to permanent discoloration (commonly referred to as bleached out carpet stain) 

What method do you use for upholstery cleaning?

Depending on the materials being cleaned,we provide two standard methods

        · Pre-spray fabric
        · Agitate with a soft horse hair brush 
        · Hot water extraction with a pH neutralizing rinse that leaves your fabric soft and clean. 
        · Set fiber pile · Speed dry   

    B) Dry foam extraction  

        · Pre-inspect  
        · Pre-vacuum your upholstery 
        · Pre-treat with a mild dry foam 
        · Agitate with a soft horse hair brush 
        · Extract and mist with a pH neutralizing rinse that leaves your fabric soft and clean. 
        · Set fiber pile 
        · Speed dry  

How do you clean tile and grout?

At Cherry Hill Carpet Cleaning we use the most powerful tile and grout cleaning method known in the textile care industry for tile and grout cleaning. This method dissolves imbedded grease and discoloration from your tile and grout while bringing it to a very important neutral pH balance that will help sealant bond better while improving the longevity of your tile and grout. We utilize our powerful truck mount system that is specially designed for this specific type of cleaning. This system blast away the dirt and grime as it delivers 1000 PSI of 250 degree hot water threw our special tile tools and the grime is then extracted into our tank for proper disposal.
